FAQ & Queries
1. What time should I get there?
Our doors are at 6pm, and show starts 7pm. If you’ve booked a VIP ticket please make sure you’re there before show starts so we can say a little pre show hello!
2. Will I see nudity?
The most/least you'll see our performers in are some sparkly pasties and matching twinkling undies. We're flirty not filthy.
3. If I book a Table or VIP Table, will I be sitting with other people?
No, when you book Table or VIP table you get the table to yourself. VIP tables get better sight lines, in the front VIP section of the club. Table seating is behind them, in the GA section of the club. (If you book bar seating, that is unallocated and you don’t get your own table. You will have limited sight lines at the back bar section of the club, no table, and be sitting next to other groups.)
5. I've got a big group of people, can we all sit together?
Yes, but please book as one group so we know to seat you together. If you’ve ended up booking separately - send us an email to tell us you’re sitting together.
6. Where is the venue?
We are at Phoenix night club which is 1/258 Karangahape Road, Auckland Central.
7. What should I wear?
Nothing you could do a school run in.
8. What’s your refund policy?
We allow refunds up to 48 hours before show time. If you cancel within 48 hours we will offer you a credit or swap you (with no rebooking fees) to another upcoming show. Please note, we don’t offer refunds for no shows on the night or being refused entry to the venue or being evicted from the venue.
9. Do you do door sales?
We do, if we have space on the night, but we tend to sell out very fast so booking ahead is strongly recommended to ensure seats - we don’t want you to turn up and miss out.
10. I’ve never been to anything like this, what should I expect?
To have a great night, and rest assured that you’re in safe, sparkly hands.
